Workplace Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic Work Health and Safety team as a Workplace Injury Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews to develop a holistic case management plan for each claim.
- Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and managers on best practice injury management and early return to work strategies.
- Monitor and analyse injury trends to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A degree qualification in Allied Health, WHS, Human Resources or a related field.
- Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in injury and Workers Compensation claims management.
