Workplace Injury Specialist

We are seeking a Workplace Injury Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in influencing processes and providing suitable return-to-work opportunities for injured employees.
Your primary responsibility will be to partner with the business to achieve safety targets and implement strategies to attain an optimal outcome for employees.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional moral values, personal integrity, and ethical behavior. They will have a high level of exposure to workers' compensation and hold a Return to Work Coordinator Certificate. In addition, they will have knowledge of relevant state worker's compensation legislation and experience managing an allocated injury management portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Influencing, coaching, and mentoring line managers in injury management processes
- Providing accurate and timely advice to injured employees
- Knowledge of the injury management process and procedures, rights, and responsibilities
