About the Role

Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a Manager of Remuneration & Benefits to oversee the end-to-end remuneration program. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, solutions, and recommendations on remuneration matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and equity across the organization.

The role involves ensuring the correct application and governance of the University's remuneration frameworks, policies, and practices. Additionally, the candidate will stay informed about remuneration trends, review market data, and engage in industry forums to ensure that our reward frameworks reflect current market information and best practices.

About You

To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the following key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a job evaluation framework and build organisational capability to ensure the accurate definition and evaluation of roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge managing and maintaining a remuneration framework.
  • Solid background in developing a compelling benefits profile and delivering reward programs within medium to large organisation.
  • Proven ability to be analytical & handle data effectively with the ability to track and understand the market and trends over time.

Qualifications

Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources, Business or other relevant disciplines together with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
