About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the correct application and governance of the University's remuneration frameworks, policies, and practices.
  • Stay informed about remuneration trends and review market data to maintain consistency, fairness, and equity across the organization.
  • Develop and implement remuneration strategies that support the University's business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Comprehensive knowledge managing and maintaining a remuneration framework.
  • Solid background in developing a compelling benefits profile and delivering reward programs within medium to large organisations.
  • Proven ability to be analytical and handle data effectively.

Qualifications

Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources, Business or other relevant disciplines together with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
