Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a skilled Remuneration & Benefits Consultant to join our team. This full-time, ongoing position is located at our Hawthorn campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks. This includes job design and evaluation, remuneration reviews, talent and performance management, governance and reporting, and supporting academic promotions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in end-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives. A strong affinity or experience with job design and remuneration in the HR space is essential. The ability to analyze data using Excel and coordinate administrative tasks is also required.

A degree qualification relevant to Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training, is necessary for this role.
