Lead Mental Health Clinician

As a Clinical Leader, you will provide expert clinical services, governance and support to mental health clinicians, ensuring evidence-based care with a focus on recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level clinical leadership and supervision to mental health clinicians
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold standards of clinical practice
  3. Communicate effectively with consumers, their families and carers, and other stakeholders
  4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and resilience

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Demonstrated high-level clinical and consultancy skills and knowledge of contemporary mental health practice
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve and make timely, sound clinical decisions
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence and ability to maintain
