Job Description

This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of expertise, experience, and passion for operations management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in achieving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and driving business growth through efficient processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve exceptional performance in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
What We Offer:
