We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Student Success and Retention team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing student engagement programs and initiatives, as well as leading teams and stakeholders in the delivery of these programs.
The Team Leader will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, program and campaign development, and direct supervision of staff to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that maximizes student success and retention.
The role involves coordinating and providing engagement services to Chisholm's student community, providing wrap-around support, helping students achieve their study goals, engage in student life, and balance their personal wellbeing and study needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dynamic leadership and direction to the Student Engagement team to ensure efficient, effective, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Establish and maintain key relationships with business areas and external vendors to ensure resources reflect the needs of course delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert in designing and developing interactive and engaging student presentations, workshops, and activities.
- Develop and execute engagement campaigns with at-risk student cohorts to create an effective link between the student and support network/services within the Institute.
- Provide multifaceted and holistic support to academically 'at-risk' student cohorts to increase student success and retention rates.
- Generate weekly data reports on team engagement with the student community and at-risk student cohorts.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in designing and implementing student engagement programs and initiatives, as well as leading teams and stakeholders in the delivery of these programs.
The successful candidate will have excellent skills in digital data gathering, analysis, and reporting, as well as a related degree in people-related services or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience and specialist expertise in communications, community services, and/or significant student support and engagement experience.
