We are seeking a highly skilled and student-focused Student Enrolment Partner to join our team at Chisholm Institute of TAFE. As a key member of our Student Enquiry and Enrolment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our students and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to student enquiries and provide accurate programme/course advice to prospective students, ensuring their career goals are met.
- Enter and maintain accurate data into our client relationship management and student management systems.
- Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including employers, schools, and other education providers, to explore pathway options for learners.
- Collaborate with the wider Student Enrolment Services team, partner delivery area, and Academic Administration to continuously optimise the enquiry and enrolment experience.
We are looking for an undergraduate degree-qualified individual, ideally in business, commerce, or public relations, or with equivalent business and/or marketing experience. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and facilitate presentations using online tools.
You will also have effective self-management skills, including the ability to prioritise, problem-solve, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and autonomously.
