Youth Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comprehensive Case Manager to provide exceptional support to young people in care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, with the ability to work collaboratively with a holistic team to deliver case management services. This will involve maintaining relationships with birth families and helping children connect with their culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management support to children in Out of Home Care (OOHC)
- Maintain relationships with birth families and help children connect with their culture
- Work collaboratively with the holistic team to deliver case management services
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields
- Previous case management experience in a child protection related service
- Demonstrated experience working with young people with complex needs (ideally OOHC)
- Full Australian driver's license
