Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a Therapeutic Support Specialist to provide individualised support for young people. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a person who upholds the values of respect, compassion, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.

About the Role

This position involves providing therapeutic support for children/young people to achieve personal goals, building their resilience and helping them navigate complex emotions and triggers. You will also assist in supporting connection to family & culture, encouraging participation in education & extracurricular activities, and aiding daily care as required.
