Job Title: Youth Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Youth Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality case work services to young people in residential care. This will involve planning and achieving permanency and identified outcomes for children, young people, their families, authorised carers, prospective guardians and adoptive parents.

This role requires an interactive and dynamic approach to case management, with an emphasis on ongoing analysis, decision-making and record keeping. The successful candidate will work closely with therapeutic specialists, house supervisors and other employees to provide high-quality therapeutic care and assist young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and review of case plans to achieve permanency and identified outcomes for young people and their families.
  • Collaborate with the MacKillop Team to ensure integrated, coordinated and tailored service delivery that meets individual needs.
