About Us:
Join a national firm seeking an experienced Workplace Relations / WHS Lawyer to contribute to its prominence in employment law and workplace safety. The role involves providing expert legal advice on workplace relations matters, employment law, and Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Advise clients on workplace relations, employment contracts, and industrial relations matters
- Provide legal counsel on compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations
- Represent clients in workplace disputes, investigations, and tribunal hearings
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents
- Stay abreast of legal developments in workplace relations and WHS
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years' post-qualification experience in workplace relations and WHS, a proven track record of handling complex workplace relations and safety matters, and strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and WHS regulations.
