Senior Employment Law Specialist

We seek a skilled employment lawyer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
The role involves advising on complex employment matters, working closely with partners and other lawyers. The workload will be diverse, and you will have opportunities to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing employers in employment disputes;
- Advising on workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions;
- Negotiating and drafting employment documents;
- Conducting workplace investigations;
- Litigating employment matters in courts and tribunals;
- Providing strategic compliance advice;
- Developing training programs on employment and workplace safety matters;
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Experience in employment law, including litigation and advisory work;
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organisation skills;
- Excellent analytical and research skills;
- A team focus and energy; and
- The ability to network and build client relationships.
Ideally, you will have 5+ years' experience in a commercial law firm, although public sector experience is also valued.
