Employment Law Specialists

We are seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer to join our established and growing team.

The role offers a broad range of employment law matters, including advising on contracts, workplace policies and compliance.

You will be part of a close-knit team working with a range of clients, managing unfair dismissal and general protections claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on enterprise bargaining, industrial action and industrial relations strategy
  • Handling workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
  • Assisting with discrimination, bullying and harassment claims
  • Representing clients in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
  • Delivering training and workplace seminars for clients

This is an opportunity to work across a variety of employment law matters with a highly regarded group of lawyers.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in employment or workplace relations law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn from senior practitioners
