What You'll Be Doing:

Be part of a high-performing Employment & IR team handling premium disputes and advisory work.
  • Lead drafting of enterprise agreements, contracts and workplace policies
  • Conduct workplace investigations and represent clients in IR proceedings
  • Advise on compliance, awards interpretation and remediation processes
  • Support corporate deals with specialist employment law advice
What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years' PQE in employment law, industrial relations or commercial litigation
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and deliver under pressure
  • Strong drafting, research and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial, client-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
