About the Law Firm:

What You'll Be Doing:
Be part of a high-performing Employment & IR team handling premium disputes and advisory work.
- Lead drafting of enterprise agreements, contracts and workplace policies
- Conduct workplace investigations and represent clients in IR proceedings
- Advise on compliance, awards interpretation and remediation processes
- Support corporate deals with specialist employment law advice
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years' PQE in employment law, industrial relations or commercial litigation
- Proven ability to manage workloads and deliver under pressure
- Strong drafting, research and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial, client-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
