Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Major Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain incident management policies and procedures to govern the identification, escalation, and resolution of major incidents.
Conduct regular incident review meetings to assess the status of major incidents and coordinate response activities.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of major incidents, including infrastructure teams, technical specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on incident status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Analyze post-incident reviews to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
5+ years of experience in incident management or related roles, with a focus on major incidents.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
