Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Major Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain incident management policies and procedures to govern the identification, escalation, and resolution of major incidents.

  • Conduct regular incident review meetings to assess the status of major incidents and coordinate response activities.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of major incidents, including infrastructure teams, technical specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders.

  • Provide regular updates on incident status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

  • Analyze post-incident reviews to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in incident management or related roles, with a focus on major incidents.

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
