About the Opportunity

Dexus, a leading Australasian real asset group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Fund Manager to join its team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of Dexus' real infrastructure business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new funds, mandates, and joint ventures with a primary focus on the infrastructure space. This will involve working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute business development initiatives, including end-to-end project management, new fund product concept design, investor marketing, deal structuring, and negotiation of key terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for establishing new funds and mandates in the infrastructure space
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute business development initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including concept design, investor marketing, deal structuring, and negotiation of key terms
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding and experience within financial advisory / investment banking, investment management or private equity
  • Infrastructure specific experience preferred
  • Experience utilising underwriting and valuation methodologies
  • Experience operating in a dynamic environment of large-scale transactions
What We Offer

Dexus offers a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$180,000 - AU$250,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
