Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Director to lead our Funds Finance function, providing strategic and operational finance support to the Executive General Manager - Funds Management, Fund Managers, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Group & Funds Finance and other senior stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior finance leadership position, with a deep understanding of corporate finance and demonstrated commercial ability. You will also have exposure to ASX listed and unlisted funds management reporting requirements and obligations, as well as functional experience across financial and management accounting, financial control, tax, capital structuring, treasury, audit and risk management, real estate, infrastructure and corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery of financial analysis, performance and reporting across the Group's $40 billion funds management platform comprised of unlisted funds, joint ventures, mandates and satellite listed vehicles (DXC and DXI) across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Shape team culture and ensure engagement and resourcing for a team of ~40.
  • Drive continuous improvement in scalable and efficient financial reporting systems, policies, and processes.
  • Ensure quality and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making and protect the brand.
What We Offer
