Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking an enthusiastic Financial Services Representative to join our team as a Loan Specialist in Sydney.

About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our financial services team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, conducting outbound calls, and ensuring customer applications are complete and ready for assessment.

You'll work collaboratively with our Loan Verification teams to support verification checks and provide excellent customer service that meets and exceeds expectations.   • Handle high-volume inbound customer call enquiries
  • Conduct customer and third-party outbound calls
  • Ensure customer applications are complete and ready for assessment
  • Support Loan Verification teams with verification checks
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations
