About the Role
Family Preservation Specialist Job OpportunityThis permanent part-time position is based in Mildura/Mallee, working within our Family Preservation Response program. The role reports directly to the Practice Team Leader.
- Risk assessment for vulnerable children, young people, and families
- Clinical interventions and family-centered practice development
- Service improvement and quality management
- Team collaboration and leadership
To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in assessment and clinical interventions, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and policies. Interpersonal, communication, written, verbal, and computer skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing risks, needs, and safety for vulnerable children, young people, and families. They will also provide clinical interventions and family-centered practice development, contributing to service improvement and quality management.
Requirements:- Extensive experience in assessment and clinical interventions
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, written, verbal, and computer skills
