Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioner

This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity to work with our Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) team. As an FPRR Practitioner, you will lead high-quality practice through coaching, consultation, support, and training for staff and students.

The position requires contributing to the development of services and quality improvement practices within the FPR team.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Extensive experience and skills in assessment and clinical interventions, family-centered practice with vulnerable children, young people, and families with complex needs.
  • Sound knowledge of child welfare policies and best interests of the child practices.
  • Highly developed skills in assessing risks, needs, and safety for vulnerable children, young people, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, written, verbal, and computer skills.
