Professional Family Reunification Specialist

The Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioner is a critical position in our organisation, playing a vital role in supporting the Practice Leader with leading the team. This role contributes to high-quality practice through informal supervision, coaching, consultation, support, and training for staff and students.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity requiring 30.4 hours per week, based in Mildura within our Family Preservation and Reunification Response program.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience and skills in assessment and clinical interventions, family-centred practice, and working with vulnerable children, young people, and families with complex needs.
- A deep understanding of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 and policies related to child welfare and best interests.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, verbal, and computer skills.
