  • Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors & clients
  • Monitoring CCTV systems to ensure optimal security
  • Conducting regular building patrols to actively report and mitigate security risks
  • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Supporting tenants and facilities teams
  • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Responding to emergency situations with professionalism and urgency

Requirements
