Job Title: Security Professional

We are seeking a skilled Security Professional to join our team. This role will involve providing excellent customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems, conducting building patrols to identify and report security risks, and providing support to tenants and facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clients
    • Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
    • Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
    • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
    • Providing support to tenants and Facilities
    • Managing contractors and deliveries
    • Responding to emergency situations
  • Requirements:
    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
    • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
    • Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
    • Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV)
