Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Central Queensland team as a Security Officer. This role involves providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients while proactively monitoring CCTV and access control systems.

The successful candidate will conduct building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks, identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification, and provide support to tenants and facilities.

  • Monitor CCTV and access control systems to ensure the security of the premises
  • Conduct regular building patrols to identify and report potential security and safety risks
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals
