As a highly skilled security professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients, while also monitoring CCTV and access control systems proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Proactively monitor CCTV and access control systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct regular building patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Report and address hazards and building faults in a timely manner
  • Support tenants and facilities teams with day-to-day operations
  • Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, prioritizing the safety of all parties involved
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team environment or autonomously as required
  • Flexibility to work a rotational roster, including nights, days, and weekends
  • Australian citizenship or hold unlimited work rights
  • Previous experience in corporate real estate contracts is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Proficiency in using computers and security-related systems, including access control, CCTV, and Microsoft programs
  • Physical fitness to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Valid QLD security license, including monitoring subclass
  • Crowd control endorsement is highly desirable
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
