Job Title: Security Officer

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering strong customer service solutions, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, and conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risk.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems to maintain a safe environment
  • Conduct regular building patrols to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support tenants and facilities teams in maintaining a secure and efficient environment
  • Manage contractors and deliveries through effective dock management

The successful candidate will be proactive, problem-solving, and able to work well in a team or autonomously. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a rotational roster including nights, days, and weekends.

Australian citizens or those holding unlimited work rights are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in corporate real estate contracts is highly desirable, as is the ability to prepare and write reports using Microsoft programs. The ideal candidate will also have a valid QLD Security License, including Monitoring Subclass, and hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
