Project Manager Role

This is a senior project management position within our organization.

  • We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping to handover.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and address delays and risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues early.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction industries.
  • Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong management and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Suite.
  • PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded.
