Your Opportunity

Enhance your expertise in front-end construction by joining our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. You will work closely with clients, negotiating and advising on contracts, frameworks and procurement strategies that drive business growth.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll collaborate across various projects, providing practical advice to help businesses navigate complex construction matters.

We offer flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia or base yourself out of one of our offices. Brisbane-based candidates are also welcome.

We're open to a part-time arrangement (4 days/week) for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you'll work collaboratively with clients across a wide range of construction-focused matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Providing clear, actionable legal advice to business leaders, often extending their internal teams
  • Managing legal risk across procurement, supply chains and contract frameworks
  • Operating independently while managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Being part of a high-performing team that values autonomy, responsiveness and grounded commercial judgement
