Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to oversee four new builds between Rochedale and Toowong on the south side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including construction managers and architects, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring sites are safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Supervisor in a volume or bespoke home builder environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide construction teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with construction software, including Buildxact and Buildtrend platforms.
