Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished construction professional to lead our project team in delivering a large infrastructure project based in Queensland.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the construction team to deliver the project to programme and budget
  • Direct and coordinate the operation of the project construction to achieve set objectives for safety, cost, programme, quality and environmental performance
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage project risks and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • A degree qualification in engineering or a related field
  • Significant experience in relevant construction management roles, including prior experience working for major civil contractors
  • High level of technical understanding and experience in technically complex engineering projects with a particular focus on heavy concrete structures
  • Genuine commitment to safety and a proactive approach to safety processes and practices on site
