Job Description

Construction Manager is required to oversee project delivery teams and report directly to the QLD State Manager.

The Opportunity

This role exists within an established and high-performing team in QLD, with the head office located in Brisbane. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing project delivery teams across Fit Out, Refurbishment, and New Build spaces, covering Retail, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality, and Institutional sectors.

Ideal Candidate
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in commercial construction working as a head contractor.
  • Hold industry-relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Have experience in leading teams and driving performance.
  • Be familiar with project delivery and financials.
  • Possess strong programming skills.
  • Develop effective stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants.

Applicants must also demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role or experience as a Senior Project Manager seeking career development.
