The Role of Team Leader

This dynamic role involves leading a team of Operations Officers, who serve as the primary point of contact for all MoneyPlace customers. You will be responsible for coaching your team to achieve individual, team, and business objectives while allocating tasks, upgrading skills, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

A typical day may involve:

  • Managing and developing your team's performance
  • Assigning daily, weekly, and monthly work tasks
  • Developing training programs to upgrade team skills
  • Overseeing customer hardship applications and decision-making processes
  • Optimising task timings and streamlining capacity with the Operations Support Team
  • Promoting the company's reputation and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with broader teams to drive business performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

We seek candidates with:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • A proven track record of stakeholder engagement
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of consumer lending and credit assessments (an advantage)
  • Familiarity with SalesForce systems (a bonus)
