Haute Kitchens seeks a seasoned and driven professional to lead showroom and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality kitchens and whole-house fit-outs to builders and retail customers.
- Manage operations and marketing initiatives, driving business-to-business sales with builders and retail sales from the high-profile showroom.
- Develop a sound understanding of the sales process, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to maintain a competitive market advantage.
- Execute strategic and tactical sales initiatives to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiencies, and grow revenue through effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, strong understanding of the SA residential market to establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to create business leads, convert them into orders, and achieve sales budgets.
- Professional communication skills, positive can-do attitude, autonomy to work independently while following a sales system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and kitchen design for retail clients.
