Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in new business development, with expertise in securing leads, building connections, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the agency production process and ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
