Career Opportunities: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Senior Business Development Executive to join our SaaS company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer success, and driving revenue growth.
Location: This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth (Working hours will be AEST).
Job Description:
The Role: As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize client value
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure seamless client experiences
- Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio
- Monitoring and reporting on key account performance metrics and client health indicators
- Conducting regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and business reviews
- Proactively addressing client concerns and escalating issues when necessary
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS account management or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and software implementation processes
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer success
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is around AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
