Established in the APAC region, our client is a renowned independent professional services firm known for providing bold and strategic solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially focused individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Professional.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing proposal processes, design, and content, collaborating closely with senior leaders and experts across the firm's offices throughout Asia Pacific. Your focus will be on tailoring and elevating engagement with prospects, clients, and the broader market.

You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering sales collateral, capability statements, business development tools, and proposals. With strong analytical, planning, and project management skills, you will excel in simplifying complex problems and thinking creatively to solve and articulate them.

A key aspect of this role will be implementing sales activity across the sales life-cycle using the firm's CRM platform, capturing and sharing knowledge specific to key clients, project experience, resources, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused individual with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills. You should have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within professional services, preferably in the APAC region.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline are essential. You should also have experience in using, updating, and creating insights from online CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred).

Competencies:
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in the development and delivery of sales collateral, capability statements, business development tools, and proposals
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' working experience within a similar role, ideally within professional services
  • Ability to take complex problems, simplify them, and think creatively to solve and articulate them
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Experience in using, updating, and creating insights from online CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred)
