Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section. You will work closely with the Head and Executive Chef to create menu items, recipes, and develop new dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in a chef-hat or Michelin-star venue, with a flair for delivering outstanding food and a passion for quality in all aspects of their work. You will also possess excellent communication, time-management, and teamwork skills.
