We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to spearhead our culinary team at Rydges Sails Port Macquarie Resort. As an Executive Culinary Lead, you will be responsible for elevating our food offerings and driving exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of events and daily services.
- Liaise closely with senior management to meet customer service standards and drive revenue growth.
- Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering to maintain high-quality standards.
- Mentor and develop junior chefs to enhance team performance and productivity.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in senior roles, including al carte and event-focused environments.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
- A competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
