You will play a critical role in delivering rapid, compassionate, and effective support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, social justice, and compassion.

This role focuses on providing quality assessment, referral, and housing information to young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

You'll link them into community supports and programs with multiple and complex needs.

You'll work collaboratively within our broader programs to provide an integrated support response to the target group.

As part of this role, you'll secure safe, affordable accommodation and prevent re-entry into the homelessness system.

Key areas include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing action plans
  • Providing housing referrals and connecting clients to community supports
