About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Garlock. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum three – five years' experience in an outside industrial selling environment working with minimal supervision and to a budget.
  • Qualifications: Minimum school certificate with demonstrated mathematical and English skills appropriate to the position. Trade or tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proven sales skills, ability to work independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off.
