Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan HR2O Asia Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, providing support, training, and guidance to each of your directs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing support, training, and guidance to each of your directs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer bases in local and international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers and business owners from our existing database of e-commerce and physical store retailers.
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in the showroom and through other various platforms, selling our full range of styles to B2B clientele.
  • Maximise sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling.
  • Provide strategic direction to the sales team by outlining short-term and long-term goals that align with the execution of our yearly sales plan.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skills.
  • Demonstrate clear leadership values that help nurture and progress the team.
  • Ability to problem-solve and navigate through any challenges that arise.
  • Passionate about delivering high standards in customer service.
  • Possesses excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
