The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Service Team Lead to join our team at Bankstown store. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales opportunities, coach and develop their team members, and provide exceptional customer service.
About the Job
This part-time position requires flexibility and availability over weekends, late night trading hours, and public holidays. You will be responsible for creating a safe working environment for your team and customers, acting as Store Manager when required, managing stock effectively, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe and inclusive working environment for your team and customers
- Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
- Daily management of stock to minimize loss and maximize sales
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail environment
- Confidence in providing feedback and coaching to your team members
- Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a positive shopping environment
- Familiarity with loss prevention and health and safety procedures
- Visual merchandising experience is highly advantageous
