About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Management professional to lead our sales team in the Queensland region. As a Sales Management Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the sales team to achieve national and individual sales objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Relevant business degree
  • Proven track record in sales management with experience in leading sales teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Able to travel extensively throughout the region
