You will be responsible for driving sales with commercial and residential builders, maintaining client satisfaction, and exceeding targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular sales calls and meetings with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and promote company products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective resolution of customer issues
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our products and services
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships
- Monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and analysing market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to stay updated on industry trends, build relationships, and generate leads
- Providing regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, contributing to overall business insights and strategic decision-making
