Senior Marketing Operations Manager

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance database engagement, retention, and growth.

The successful candidate will design, build, and optimise marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using a cloud-based platform. They will also drive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery, oversee platform governance, and identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that improve database engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Design, build, and optimise marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform.
  • Proven track record of creating measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiatives.
  • Digital strategy and execution experience centered around driving business growth.
  • Team leadership experience and a desire to lead.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through CRM challenges and marketing automation processes.
