Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and managing the development of customer relationships and marketing strategies at a global travel company.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of CRM and marketing automation capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimise customer engagement, retention, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform, digital strategy execution, team leadership, and CRM management. They should be able to adapt strategies based on new insights, data, or feedback, aligning efforts with organisational priorities.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve database engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimise customer lifecycle, create personalised multi-channel customer journeys, and leverage data insights to drive actionable improvements.
  • Implement agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery.
  • Analyse campaign performance and develop robust reporting frameworks to track key metrics and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform.
  • Proven track record of creating measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiatives.
  • Digital strategy execution experience centered around driving business growth.
  • Team leadership experience and a desire to lead.
  • Experience leading CRM & MA cross-functional working group teams and managing direct reports in a business environment.
