Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Strategist

As a seasoned professional in CRM strategy and marketing automation, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions to enhance database engagement, retention, and growth.

About the Role
  • You will lead the charge in crafting and executing CRM strategies that yield significant improvements in our customer database.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to optimise customer lifecycle management, create bespoke multi-channel customer journeys, and leverage data insights to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Steer internal stakeholders in creating and delivering effective email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  2. Design, build, and optimise marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.
  3. Develop innovative strategies to elevate marketing automation processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency and improved customer experiences.
  4. Drive adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery.
  5. Lead the development and execution of omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are tailored to individual needs, relevant, and optimised for maximum impact.
  6. Oversee platform governance, encompassing user management, data integrity, data sharing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify and implement pioneering solutions to augment marketing automation capabilities and integrate with other business systems.
  8. Provide insightful analysis on campaign performance and develop robust reporting frameworks to track key metrics and ROI.
